PRIVACY POLICY
Here at Robotikits Direct / Owirobot.com your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, we will not sell, rent, share, or loan your personal information to any third parties.



WEBSITE ERRORS
We do try to have a 100% error free site, but we are only humans and humans commit mistakes once in a while so... Robotikits Direct / Owirobot.com maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site Robotikits Direct / Owirobot.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Robotikits Direct / Owirobot.com is not liable for errors in pricing / description / etc listed on the site due to computer error or human error.



SHIPPING POLICIES
We only ship to the US and Canada via UPS or FEDEX.  PO Box and APO or military shipping addresses are shipped via USPS.

For International orders:
Due to an extra hefty "service fee" being charged by UPS / Fedex for international orders, we are now shipping International orders through USPS (Postal Mail) so you can save money. If you really want your package shipped internationally through UPS / Fedex, please call us at 310-515-1900 or e-mail us at info@owirobot.com.

International: The importer is responsible for all brokerage charges, duties, and taxes at time of import.

For Hawaii / Alaska orders:
The minimum shipping option for Hawaii and Alaska orders is UPS 2-day Air.



DELIVERY TIMES

"Next Day Air" service takes 1 business day unless your order is placed after 12 noon Pacific time (then it takes 2). Next Day packages are delivered Mon-Fri, call our offices to make special arrangements for Saturday delivery / Early AM / etc (an extra charge applies). Next Day orders placed on Friday are delivered on the following business day (Monday, unless a holiday is in effect).

"2nd Day Air" service takes 2 business days (not including the day you place your order).

"3rd Day Air" service takes 3 business days (not including the day you place your order).

"Ground" service (residential or commercial) can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be delivered.

"Worldwide Express" service can take from 3 business days to 12 business days depending on the country.

All orders placed after 12 noon Pacific time should add one business day for processing for all service methods.

Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.



RETURN OF MERCHANDISE POLICY (RMA)
If you want to return your order/s for any reason, please contact us first. We need to give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you have to put outside the packaging of the item/s you are returning. Our shipping department will not accept any packages that does not have an RMA # and it will be returned automatically.

Product is Resalable:
If the product is in its original unopened packaging, we will refund your money minus 20% as restocking fee. Shipping fee and tax are not refundable.

Product is not resalable:
If the product has been opened, assembled, painted, altered, plastic parts containers opened, or does not contain it's original packaging, then the product is not resalable. We cannot issue a refund.

Defective product:
Please contact us to get an RMA # and special instructions on how to send the product to us.

** We do not accept returns if you are already out of your 30-day warranty period.



WARRANTY
Our robots & science kits are guaranteed to perform or OWI will make repairs and/or provide replacement parts at no charge 30 days from the date of purchase.
